This is an exciting time for Lakeshore Community Church as we are building for the future! Below you will see our current capital campaign fundraising progress, as well as updated drawings of our floor plan.
Campaign Countdown
We are so thankful for the generous donations we have received towards this project! As of October 2024, we achieved our goal of raising $1M for our capital campaign! What an exciting time!
We are now continuing to raise funds for the continuing expenses of this project - stay tuned for the next goal. As of November 30th, 2024 we are at $1,024,176!
The project will also be funded by our mortgage (projected $1.2M - $1.5M) and the sale of property along Marion Ave (projected $1M). The total projected project cost is $3M.
