Small Group Ministries
Would you like to be a part of a growing community of friends, living and sharing the journey of life together?
A small group is not a program but a gathering of eight to twelve people who meet together weekly to grow spiritually and relationally.
In a small group, people experience the love of God as they care for one another, help each other on their faith journey, pray for each other and are transformed by God’s amazing power.
Small Groups
A place to learn,
A place to laugh,
A place to love and be loved
More about Small Groups at LCC can be found on our Small Groups page.
Guest Services
Guest Services provides the first personal touch that visitors to Lakeshore receive. This ministry is responsible for ensuring that all attendees of LCC are greeted warmly, have access to the information they need regarding ministry locations, small groups, etc. Guest Services ensure that the facility is ready and cared for, greet people at the doors, welcome folks with refreshments, hand out programs, and help people find seats. They are also an integral part of providing a safe environment for all attending by monitoring the hall during the service.
Care and Support Ministries
As believers, we are called upon to care and support one another. Galatians 6:2 tells us, “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Lakeshore Community Church’s Care and Support Ministry was created to reach out to our congregation and our community with the love of Christ.
Under the banner of Care and Support, we provide:
- Pastoral care and visitation
- Personal and family support and/or mentorship
- Prayer support
When situations arise that require more concentrated care or professional help, we will try to refer individuals to the best help available.
All Care discussions, telephone conversations, and E-mails are considered confidential and are not disclosed without written approval for disclosure/referral purposes, unless mandated by law.

Worship Teams
Worship: We believe humanity was created to worship God. During worship we use song, prayer and scripture to honour and reverently focus attention on God. Worship services at Lakeshore Community Church sometimes include hands raised in worship, times of quiet reflection, invitations to the front for prayer, and other expressions of Pentecostal worship.
Prayer Ministries
Lakeshore Community Church believes strongly in the power of prayer… Prayer changes things, starting with me!
We are often able to provide prayer support in
- Emergency situations
- Ongoing needs or concerns, OR
- At the altar during our Sunday services.
Lakeshore Community Church also advertises nights of prayer and prayer focus events to encourage people to draw close to God in prayer.
If you require personal prayer, please contact us 519-869-8485.
